Can't log in 1 character on account

Spoke to GM-Jael about this issue on line through an alt. This issue was unresolvable.

I can log in every character on my account except my main. When I log on my main, EQClient immediatly crashes. I thought perhaps this was a corrupted zone file, repatched, still unable to log her in. I followed all the directions GM-Jael gave, but she is stil lthe only character on my account that I can not log on.

I gave my account info to t a trusted friend, they were also unable to log her on from their computer. This rules out it being a file issue on my computer. =\

The GM ported my character to several different zones and we were still unable to log the character in.
Again ALL other characters on my account work..just not my main.

Thank you.

Hi,

I have also tried to log on her account and it crashes, gm made her move in 3 zones also and all crashed. She deleted all of the ui when she tried. Me I didnt had any files from that char. I can log on any chars on her account but not that Silverly char.

Crashes..yes...you know the familiar old "The EQclient has crashed would you like to send in info yes or no" crash message. :( The character never makes it into the world. You select her, hit enter and you go to the character loading screen as normal...then the screen goes black and the crash error dialog box comes up and the game shuts down.

It's not a user file issue or it would not carry over to 4 different computers, 3 of which have never loaded the character before.

Anything from an Admin on this problem? Will I be loosing this character and having to start over? Is there a way to have her erased and duplicated to solve the issue?

I had a similar problem to this. I had a friend log onto those chars and had no problems at all with his computer. I tried deleting all the files related to the char(s) in question and still had the same problem.

In the end, I had to reinstall the client which seemed to fix the problem.

Well this wasn't a client side error. 5 different computers had the same issue with same character. In the end they had to delete her and rebuild her by hand.
