Okay here's the solution. And why it happened.
To fix this try
unzipping SoD maps to your EverQuest directory again.
Also delete all the SoD Patch, and SoDbin icons along with whatever they spawn. (texts files)
Unzip the release again. Then try.
This is what did it for me.
The reason on why this may have happened to you is as follows. After you had originally unzipped the map pack and ran the SoD patch from the last time it worked for you. You probably opened the actual EQ.exe thus overwriting the SOD map pack, with the default EQ maps. Making it glitch before you even start for who knows why. Probably a lot of 1s and 0s that we wouldn't understand anyways.
