Cannot delete character

Trying to delete a character, instead of deleting after y/n prompt the screen goes black, then I get the disconnected message

i never give out infos/use guestlock (maybe gave out info of one account to one person)

thought after xenion deleted that one chicks char they made it impossible to delete a toon over some level

naw ive deleted higher levels, and actually did so with another character after this problem occurred
