Can no load eqw.dll

When i try to load the game with the eqw box checked, i get the popup saying eqgame.exe has stopped working, windows is looking for a fix blah blah blah, then it says can not load eqw.dll. The game works fine when i dont use eq windows but makes 2 boxing difficult, and the game is really dark. Anyone else have this problem? im running vista 32 bit btw.
 
The patcher should automatically run as administrator... Try repatch all to redownload EQW if you are missing the DLL.
