Can anyone help me find the appropriate way to sove this?

Hi guys,

Wish my first post on the forums wasn't about something so icky.... but:

I'm having an ccount issue (I think my account got hacked) and I'd like to try to ask an admin about it.
However, I can't log on to ask one, and there's nobody online here to PM.

My GF logged in and asked about it in the guild, and someone said my char got banned for using some script program or something.
Is there a good place for me to go see why my account got banned?
Or is there any good way to see what time it happened?
Or is there any good way to see what IP they were using?

I'm thinking that because I've always used the same IP to play since I started in November then it would be easy to see that whatever IP was abusing my account was *not* the IP I always use. I'm hoping it's a Taiwan IP or something so I can prove there's no way I could have swum to Taiwan and back to my IP since 7 this morning when I logged off.

Anyway, any help/advice that anyone could give about a *non-intrusive* way to ask an admin about this stuff would be GREATLY appreciated.
