buff mana regen cap

hey i was wondering if mask of the hunter / druid aa shape of the earthen mother count towards the mana regen cap or if they are past it becuase i was calculating it out and jb sb and won = mana regen cap so if they dont stack over the cap i dont see much of a point of them

There's a point when you don't have sb or another buff from the above listed ones
Which, for example, you usually don't when soloing or grouping.

what about the necro lich line? The cap is 30 mana per tick correct?

Level 60 "Arch Lich" is 35 mana per tick based on my information

The level 65 relic "Master of Death" is 44 mana per tick.

If the cap is 30, the relic does nothing more than the level 60 spell.

Mask Of The Hunter counts towards mana regen cap, but shape of the earth mother does not (no AAs do), from what I've been told (a while ago).

Is it that the lich line doesn't count towards the cap or that necros have no cap whatsoever because I have heard both from staff before.
