"Brusco's XXXX bellow" line of dd songs

The last usefull song from this line is the one you get at level 39.
All further Brusco's have mad recharge time and mana/damage ratio gets worse for higher versions as opposed to all other classes dd spells. I'm not sure, if it's intentional or not, but i'm level 63 and use Brusco's Arrogant bellow, since higher level Brusco's are pretty much useless.
 
This was brought up about 3 months ago and nothing came of it. It's a valid concern and I hope the staff sees a reason to change it this time.

Brusco's Braggart Bellow (25) - 35-75 DD, 25 mana (3DD per 1 mana)
Brusco's Arrogant Bellow (39) - 119-132 DD, 50 mana (2.64 DD per 1 mana)
Brusco's Bombastic Bellow (55) - Stun 4.0s, 227-232 DD, 100 mana (2.32 DD per 1 mana)
Brusco's Overbearing Bellow (63) - Stun 4.0s, 263-265DD, 200 mana (1.325DD per 1 mana)

Spell/song upgrades should NEVER be less efficient then a previous spell/song. It just doesn't make any sense at all.
