Broken spell?

I was just working my way through Heartlands Undercaverns and was hit with Spore Fever. I had relic aego and relic WoN at the time and it was taking massive chunks of health so I decided to check a parser. The parser says its only supposed to take 15hp per tick though?

The parser is not 100%, as it does not take into account the spell formula used. So no, the spell is fine, the parser is reading it wrong.

15 is the multiplier, not the damage per tick.
