Bracer of Fortitude recovery not working

Is the Recovery I working on this item? It does not list it in Wanelo that is it, nor does your HP go green when wearing it, while in the game (and you have no outside regen/other items with recovery).

I know there has been posts about this before, but I don't remember ever reading anything about it being fixed or working.
 
Seconded. One of my alts with the bracer doesn't seem to get the recovery 1. If someone could take a look at this item, that'd be cool.
 
That doesn't make a whole lot of sense? What does that do? Increase your base HP regen by a certain percentage?
 
There is at least one item out there with 'Focus Effect: Flowing Thout I' and not sure if that has the same problem as this item. There was another worn effect on the item and i think that might have conflicted (only 1 worn effect per item?).

Gonna check out this bracer once I log in and do a /bug if it needs it.

Be changed so the focus effect is removed and the worn effect changed to Lecimka's Greater Abjuration (which appears to contain ft1 as an addition to the previous)
