BotR drops from Extremely Difficult Maps. I believe that it is fairly underpowered.
Our guild has only successfully finished one of these maps, so it's quite hard to recognise the correct tier.
However, it seemed more or less on par with Versikol, early IP, or something around that area.
There's alot that can go wrong & it requires a well-equipped & balanced raid.
According to my spell parser the effect 'Mana whisper' increases mana by 10. So does that mean effectively the bracer has 130mana? Is the effect broken or not working as it should be? Or is my parser lying again?

This is dropped in IP, from a named probably roughly equal to the difficulty of ED maps. A better item than BoTR.
Therefore in conclusion I'd like to see BoTR more balanced with similar encounters at it's tier (IF my grasp of the tier was right). Perhaps change the effect to FT1/2 and/or fiddle with the mana little.
