Blessed Clarity (Cleric Thaz bracer)

This bracer procs the buff "Blessed Clarity" the spell gives you 100% mana conserve for the next spell you cast except most relic heals. The problem with this proc is that it only lasts 1 tick. The problem with only lasting 1 tick is that it always wears off before you could possibly get another spell off.

For example: I cast a spell that makes my bracer proc. As soon as my spell lands the buff lands on me and i have 1 tick to get the next spell off. Even if i managed to time the buff to land on me at the beginning of the tick i'd have to wait 2 to 3 seconds to even get a chance to recast another spell. And in that case i could only cast a spell that takes less than 3 seconds to cast.

I've spent many full mana bars trying to get a spell off while the buff is still on me and i am unable.

My suggested solution to this problem is that the duration of the buff be prolonged to 2 ticks to make it possible to actually utilize the buff.

Thank you.

i was trying to think of how this went unchecked for so long but then i remembered that bracer sucks and there's so many better ones that don't take a gem/essences and now i don't know how to feel about the situation

You could just remove all the "Effect:" parts from them. It would prevent this type of thread being created.

I know I mention this sort of type fairly often. It's never a joke. This really will alleviate this problem.

Why does it seem like every time a post like this comes up the powers that be actually seem to become angry at the item/poster/zone in question. It isn't our fault stuff is broken. Is it wrong to expect that you don't want broken stuff crapping up your game?

Who is angry? Zaela made a tongue in cheek comment and even if the procs were removed what would it matter if they were never usable to begin with. I implore you to review three things for me after reading my post: your attitude, your reasoning, and the numerous badass changes that have happened just recently (many of them the result of player input in one way or another).

Also you shouldn't unironically use "the powers that be".

I guess I could see it being a tongue in cheek type thing if I hadn't seen this exact situation play out, repeatedly, which is why I made the post in the first place.

Any attitude you sense in the post you put there yourself.

Edit: It would matter because there are other (most?) thaz bracers with usable procs, just not this one.

Thanks for your hard work, Zaela. You remember when Deathbringer was DTing shit? Good times.

Did Nature's Fury ever do anything? I don;t know of any druid who ever really bothered to test it.

Also, the proc on the druid bp was actually really pretty good. Definitely saved me a billion times. Useful stuff like that is always welcome.

pet canny is what it was meant to do yeah, just not ever linked up. I vaguely recall talking to someone about that at one point, though that must have been ages ago. Though it was kind of :psyduck: in the first place since as far as I saw it was only going to trigger on beneficial spells, which we generally aren't casting very much at all when we'd need the extra mana.

Oh and the damaging effect didn't seem to work anyways.

Nature's Fury works fine, I like it. One question it did raise for me though is if HoT crit % is locked in on cast or per tick.
