Blackscale and Heat

It seems the evil Blackscale faction guards hate it that you have committed evil deeds and therefore treat you as any guards would.
My request is to change this so that they do not care. The only instance I would foresee them paying mind would be if heat gained was from being witnesed by a blackscale faction member which accounts for a very small percentage of potential witnessed crimes.
 
This is actually something that has bothered me.

Im not completely sure that I understand the alignment definitions... but...

isn't it out of character for a Chaotic alignment character to join either CoI, SC or BS?
 
It'd be highly out of character for them to join SC since that's a Lawful organization. But as for the other two, there's no reason Chaotic characters can't band together.
 
Crime system is universal, and is going to stay that way. It may not be totally realistic but anything else would make the consequenses of heat laughable.

Also, if you think Blackscale is going to applaud you for stealing silverware out of some sense of "evil brotherhood" then you really don't get what they are about.

Chaotic characters can't join SC, but I don't see why it's out of character for them to join either CoI or BS, unless they are also evil / good respectively. They would just have different reasons for doing so (because it benefits them, because they feel like it, whatever fits with chaotic)

It was more from picking locks to steal silver crown documents while the SC were standing outside
