BL/Necro duo hitting the ceiling

BL pet can't quite tank the gollums in Melc, which are about lvl 57. This will get easier with kei and healing aa's but the end is in sight. I've got a chanter/cleric lvl 60 duo that is fun but the chanter long duration charms will top out at 58. The necro/shaman has a big upside and should take anything that doesn't both summon and can't be feared. I also have a lvl 60 shaman/monk but not as much fun, maybe better after shaman gets canni aa and the bl pet tanked as good at 60 as the monk does.

All my gear comes from what they can duo and from dumpster diving on listsold.

Questions:
1) Are there enough mobs 60 and above that don't summon or can be feared if they do?
2) What's the upper level on mobs a listsold monk/shaman can take out.?

1) I believe all mobs above a certain level (60ish, maybe less?) summon. I can't speak to the fear question.
2) How do you define high? They can certainly get to level 65 with max AAs. With tradeskilled gear, you can get to roughly tier 2-3 of raiding gear, although it will be quite expensive.

My bad, meant to ask what's the upper level on mobs a listsold monk/shaman can take out. So I changed the original post to ask just that.

You can probably duo most of the game with that combo in top-tier droppable gear. Some stuff, like the basement and fourth floor of HHK, deep FR, and Rust Factory will be out of your reach, but not much else.
