Bind ?

I'm wondering how one can reset or have reseted its gating point. I have been searching through the spell database and even wizzi don't seem to have a bind affinity spell. Anyone to give me a clue ?

Need to be level 1+ though.

They indeed changed it to allow anyone to bind. However the drawback was that you get an Exp debt from level one on, which wasn't the case before.
