Bind Camped by Guards

Hi,

I messed up pretty good here.

I bound my necro at the gate entrance to North Newport, by the guards. While I was out killing stuff in North Badlands, a couple of surefall trackers attacked me and I killed them, which apparently gave me a faction hit. When I went to the lion skin turn in area, the Newport guardsmen attacked and killed me, sending me back to my bind spot.

My bind spot, though, is right next to the guards that I've now lost faction with so I just get killed instantly every time I rez.

What do I need to do to get this fixed? Will GMs move my bind spot or something or is my character completely lost?

It can get fixed, petition the details (Char name, problem, and such) with an alt and it should get fixed.
