Hi I just came back after a couple years of afk, and remembered way back Dragov who farmed in lasanth forever, and read his guide on it. So after some consideration, I am looking to buff my characters with ds shield to farm lasanth, therefore I looked into and saw that druids and mages offer this ability. Are my best options to level a new druid and hopefully get the relic spell for him so I can cast this regularly on my ults? Thanks for the help, and advice.

It might be a difficult task to level a mage/druid to level 65 and get him/her 1-5 Eldritch Spell Scrolls (they come from "raid" targets and you get your spells in a random order) just to buff a level 55 alt.
I think the best bet would be to ask a Magician to buff you with a damage shield. Although their Relic DS is a bit less strong 43 vs 45 it has a much longer duration 1800 ticks (3 hours) vs 600 ticks (1 hour).
If you're in a main city, like Athica, random people should be buffing themselves before going off on adventurers. Usually they should have no problem putting you into the group as they buff so you can also get them.

Just remember that a even a fresh 65 with 200 aa's is still a fresh 65. Also AA's come at a faster rate at 65. Not to say that getting a bit of AA's at 55 is a bad idea.

Make friends with someone and ask them for buff bot info it's pretty commonly shared these days.
As soon as someone realizes you're a decent person and not just secretly using them for their buff bots (its ok if you are just don't tell them shhhh) they'll share!
