Hey umm, I heard a rumor about people being banned about the Bat Blood, Dire Leaf, and vial thing? Is it ok for the people to sell it to other people or should I just stop what im doing?

There is nothing wrong with selling it to a player, the issue i believe may lie in what the items can be made into selling very well to vendors.

The issue had nothing to do with selling to other players and the exploit has been patched.
