Hybrids throughout the land are farming platinum diligently in order to upgrade their barriers to the 226k charm, the juggo charm. The juggo charm doesn't have any charisma on it. As a result, and although we get better stats, we are left choosing between the inferior genocide/healer charms, or losing a bunch of charisma which is very valuable to hybrids (for spells) and even melee dps (for procs). Would it be possible to get charisma added to the juggo charm as a linear upgrade from the barrier charm?

I have big, hairy feet.

Honestly I think this is a great idea. Hybrids of all shapes are desperate for charisma, and after farming 227k I think it makes sense to toss 15-20 on the juggo.

Edit: STOP MAKING SENSE

ALL HAIL FUWOK THE BRINGER OF GOOD IDEAS.

Praising fuwok aside, I Was flat out planning on skipping juggo just because the charisma hit isn't worth it on my bard when charisma is already a giant pain in the ass to get until t10+ so I fully support this idea

I agree with the op, its also frustrating how I lose 5% stun resist on the upgrade from juggo to eternal

I don't normally post, but this is stupid, the Juggo charm is already very powerful as is, the 226k charms are by far the most bang for your buck when it comes to charms and everything gained from the Juggo far outweighs that small 12 cha, also putting say 15-20 cha on a Juggo would make the jump to an Eternal even smaller.

If you want cha farm an Eternal.

Hey now when you can't farm for plat you can just farm the forums right?

Going from Barrier to Juggo costs 120k, and you get the following:

26ac 50hp 25mana
13str 13sta 13agi 25dex
8 all resists, +10 stun resist
1 regen, +10 atk

-12 charisma

Going from Juggo to Eternal costs 340k, and you get the following:

29ac 125hp 250mana
25 wis int cha
5 all resists, 5 dmg reduction, 5 crit
Runes of Eternity

-5 stun resist

I'm with Marchie, I don't agree with making the upgrade from Juggo to Eternal any smaller than it already is. Especially as a pure melee, who don't benefit at all from the huge mana increase, and get less out of the DD/Heal spell crit than any other class.

Hell, if anything, it should be moved the other way. Charm stat improvements on a stat-per-plat basis are meant to get less efficient, but paying 3 times as much as Barrier -> Juggo and getting pretty much the same overall return is pretty discouraging.

Runes of eternity and the hp/ac more than justifies the increase in price to eternal. Runes of eternity is huge, especially for hybrids!

For some classes, I agree with you completely.

For monks, warriors, and rogues... it isn't. 6% more spell crits is probably about a 1% DPS increase for me, and that's just because of my boots with the huge proc. For other monks/warriors/rogues it would be smaller than 1%. For 340k pp. Doesn't seem that worthwhile, and taking away the charisma gain would make it even worse.

5% crit strike on eternal opened up quite a bit more gear choices for me when i got it.

i agree with this. adding on the +25 charisma would be right in step with charms other stat upgrades. it was most likely an oversight when the charm was made.

Since CHA has an effect upon resists now, Zaela, does that mean we can have some CHA?

edit: I'll be your friend!
