Bard relic questions

Yay for more noob bard questions....


Is the death save % and healing focus % affected by bard mods at all? On Fiery Warcry, there are 3 different spell focus. One is DD, one is DoT, and there is another one. What is the last one for? Is it for all damage (essentially increasing DD by 2% with BSTs and DoTs by 5%). I am going to assume MotS is not affected by mods as that would be ridiculously overpowered.

No, instrument modifiers don't actually modify ANY portion of our relics except for our DoT.

That's pretty much wrong, Lcea's is also affected

Oh! Yeah the HP regen portion of L'ceas is affected, but not the mana portion.

Any ideas on these? I am thinking the last 2% is magic/fire/poison/etc. focus that does not stack with these types of item focus. But I am probably wrong.
