Does anyone know if theres a difference in the mod between Goblin War Drum and Darkskull Drum? And what is the best drum available.




Also what level do you have to be to use that horn with Verses of Victory on it? 50?

The best percussion instrument that is not no drop I believe is the Dancer's Tambourine. Concubine's tambourine has a higher mod, but is no drop and rare. The horn you are talking about works at lvl 40.
