bad username, and password... yes i know.

so anyways, before the server thingy got fixed i created my account and am happily playing. but my friends are trying to make accounts as well so they can play and are unable to do so, whenever they make an account and attempt to log in it tells then bad username/password and such. can anyone help?
 
Make sure that their EQhost files match the one stickied at the top of this page, and are read only.
 
they can access everything on their comps fine, i even tried accessing their accounts on my computer and it wont let me in, but itll allow me on my account which was made right before the server got switched from the backup to the normal one
