bad password or... ?!

hello

I am trying to log in with my login/password as usual but it does not work in EQ while it works with the forum
i tried to reset password but the problem is still there

info : i have not played for a while but i can still see my character named paikan on fomelo so my account is still active


please help me :)
 
i don't understand, password in forum can be different of the ingame password? I thought it must be the same (and i have my forum password)
 
Yes. Password can be different than forum password. I change my game password every time I get pissed when I can't log my character in because someone is using her. :p
 
any way to reset password because i sent a mail 1 week ago and the password is still bad

i know the username, i don't have changed my email but i can't play! how frustrating :(
i don't understand why they changed password...
