Avatar Problems

Have avatars been disbabled or something?

A long time ago I had a avatar that was too large. Melwin or someone told me I needed to get a new one.

I went to put in a new one and the Avatar box in Profile is no longer there.
 
I am vengeful.

Actually, I was gonna take your ability to set an avatar for a few days, but then I forgot to turn it off. You can set an avatar now.
