As lame as it sounds, I need help leveling

Yes, that's me, 46 mage, and I simply cant stand soloing now. This is what happened recently: I struggled literally to reach 44 at lvls 40-43, and when I could get finally a new healing spell for my pet, a brand new nuke, a pet obiously, and some other minor things... every mage I asked, or at least most of them, said to me something like "wait till 44, the lvls will go in a rush" and here I am, struggling again for exp, trying all the places I can, using the strategys people recommended me. What's the problem of getting a yellow after 1 hour of hunting in crystal caverns? well, just realizing that levels 47 and 48 will be HARDER, makes me think im going to get mad, knowing that at 49 I get my new spells.
Dont get me wrong, this is not a rant thread, nor a thread to beg Wizzy for yet another exp boost ;) This thread is about my level 46 mage, which I cant simple level anymore, at least solo, and I cant find groups ofent, sadly, so I need you people to tell me suggestions of where I can hunt at this moment of darkness of my mage, and any strategy you have for a 46 mage to solo.

Inside seru Dregs and Degnerats near the front in the buildinds.Just make sure to invis the wonder at zone in.
 
Can't help much on solo spots, but if I'm online just ask me for a group, if I'm not doing anything special or in a full group I'll take you in and help you level some.
 
Thank you very much :) When I can I will try Sseru and see if it is faster than crystal caverns, and I hope it is.

Fjodor, how are we possibly going to group with a lvl difference of around 15? :D
 
because the formula is not a static +/- level

1.5 * level = highest you can group with.
 
I went there when i got the new pet heal in the 40's think it was 44, used water pet,DoT,heal,the odd DD.Hope this helps :)

The correct fomula is your level *1.5 or your level +5 (whatever is highest) if it's in that range then you get exp.
 
So long for Sanctus Seru... a dark blue leggionaire owned my pet fully buffed, I had to gate :( Now I really think it's me, that I have the word "Screwed" on my forehead writenn or something... So, unless I get at least a partener, no more hunting for my mage ;(
 
lego's inside are tuffer then the ones outside,inside u can do degenrats and the onther ones...Thats what i did at thats lvl great exp till abought 47-48 cant remember.From that i dont know why u cant do it i might have to show ya :p give me a tell in game to Zapp.
 
dregs and degenerates, then beetles wild dogs, then lego then preachers (like legos, but they're clerics stun you and cheal themselves)
 
I did CC solo on your lvl and thought xp was great. I dont think 1 hour a yellow is very bad either although i think i lvled faster in CC then once every 5 hours. But like fjodor if you are online msg me and if i am not group you can join me.

5 hours for 1 level, solo? 5 hours killing eight leged mobs, again and again? And then realizing that I have to do the same AGAIN to reach 48 and AGAIN to reach 49 and finally get my new spells? I dont think so, im not a zombie, so im not going to solo like that (im not demanding faster exp, im just pointing out the fact that it's boring to do this kind of hunting)

Try hunting in CC till 47, then go to Faentharc Woods and do geonids till 51 or so, pretty good xp.

My other mage friends have no trouble soloing at your level, so maybe you should ask some mages for tips.

I asked for a lot of tips in-game, and im asking for tips here, and I think nobody sugested anything yet :?
Maybe your friend doesnt think that fighting 5 hours the same mob to get one level is something bad and boring, but at least it is to me ;(
