Arrow Summoning

From what I understand the only items rangers get that do a Summon Arrow clicky are for the high levels and there are none low-mid? (Correct this if it's wrong of course :p )
Anyways. I was wondering if it would be possible to make an item similar to the medical pack that would give you 10-20 charges of Summon: Arrow.
Just thought it might be a good idea, my ranger tears through arrows like crazy at low levels bow kiting, or just bowing in a group and it's a pain to have to go run back and get new fletching supplies or arrows from town every 20min-1hr.
 
Bow kiting is riskless, mana free and generally a very powerful form of soloing. It needs this "pain" to offset that fact.
 
Buy 8 backpacks and load them up with arrows. I arrow kited from 20 to 40 so quit your whining.
 
It's even more efficient to buy stacks of components and keep an empty fletching kit handy. Enough components for 20 combines yield up to 400 arrows!

Quite right. It doesn't take that many clicks either, so it's not like it's that tedious.

as said b4, the best option when kitting is to have arrow components and "create" em as u need em, that way u can etheir decide to keep making 1 dmg or keep raising dificulty to raise ur skill ;)

This was back when fletching only gave out 5 arrows per successful combine :p
 
Make a mule and fill him with large bags. Then stuff those bags with stacks of arrows until he can not hold any more. Then run him near where you are going to be kiting at. Log him in when you need arrows.

OMG! My Fletching is too low to make those 1337 Arrows you make. I made the mule a long time ago when I was kiting in Badlands. Im gonna have to listsend you more ingredients soon ;)
