are world drops still dropping?

Call me crazy - I haven't seen a world drop for the past 62ish levels and I've been looting mobs.
 
It almost feels like they don't work in some zones or something. When I was killing cractees and gators in remnants a few days ago I got several world drops in the span of a couple hours, same with farming CC. But in other zones I'll farm for days and get 0.
 
Life update: I made it to 65 without seeing a world drop. I guess its just a really cold streak.
 
Sometimes you get to 65 without seeing a single world drop, sometimes you get 2 kinslayers in a row. I do think something is wrong though if you didn't get a Dwarven Philosopher's stone.
