I recently completed my Blackscale Service Necklace quest(aka the Grobb Gate Necklace) knowing in advance i would become kos in most of Newport as a result, I'm fine with this. However i was somewhat surprised when i took the MOP to Oggok and was killed by the caster guild NPC's. Can anyone confirm that the Oggok casters and the Newport casters are on the same faction?(Arcane Academy or something else) I've never killed an NPC in Oggok or lost faction in anyway with its citizens. tia
