Anthem Graphics

What? this shield looks awesome and afaik it's the only shield with that graphic in the game.
 
If you want to complain about a highend shield with crappy optics, let me recommend the Shield of the Misplaced Thoughts to you!
 
I personally love the graphic on anthem and was extremely pleased to see it used when I came back to SoD.

I don't if you're aware but there aren't exactly a lot of shield models available for use with our current client.

Thats a lot of shield

That's actually quite a few shields, but yeah I know there is a limitation.

Basically, the last 15 or so shield posted look a lot higher teired to me then the first 15.

I understand you want the proper respect when idling in town amongst the proles that might mistake you for one of them but which one fits best with the name and theme of the shield?

To be honest, I like the design, I just hate the size. I have something against small shields, I don't think they look quite right, or useful for that matter. As cosmetic of an issue as this is, is it possible to make the graphic bigger/smaller?

Also: those last few shields look friggin awsome, but i've never seen them. Feel like filling me on on where they drop?

they're from the Legacy of Ykesha expansion and I'm not sure if our client can load them you'd have to ask Zaela.

the very last one might be from Luclin honestly idr.

would also bet money people who have a problem with anthem graphic are also people who play with Luclin models turned on

I know i dont have any say in this and im not being constructive at all... BUT a level 1 Athica Guard would not wear this as this is obviously a Newport shield. Geez!

Anyways.. that wooden kite shield with the metal rim on it is bad ass even though its really simplistic. Definitely needs to be in game if its not!

Doesn't our client allow for frogloks as a playable race? So that would mean LoY is enabled, which should also mean we can load the shields right?

Also that guy is wearing a Crest of the Ceaseless WTF!
 
I think only shadowknights have an issue with the graphic, because it looks so sunshiny-paladin-ish (to quote a guildie). It's weird because the guy that drops it doesn't seem to be a paladin at all.
I like that it has a distinctive graphic, though, and in the end don't really care about it so much, since I spend most of the time in illusion.
