Annoying cursor issue when boxing

Not that I really enjoy boxing, to me the game feels more like work when i box... but I am having an issue when I do that's quite annoying.

When I box using EQW, often times when alt-tabbing between the two instances of the game, I get stuck with both my in game cursor as well as my windows cursor on my screen. The two move together at the same time and it's reallllllly annoying. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to get rid of this or fix the issue.

This happens to me if I have a 3rd window open, say for Internet Explorer. If I alt+tab to that window then back to my SoD window, I will see the mouse cursor. To eliminate this you have to quickly alt+tab to the other SoD window and back again. That always gets rid of the double cursor thing.
 
I usually just hit the windows key (or ctrl-esc, for those with cooler, non-windows KB's) then click right back onto the client. I agree, the double cursor is annoying, though.
 
ctrl+alt+r hasn't been working. Alt+tabing back and forth a few times between the instances of SoD seems to get rid of it although that is nearly as annoying when in combat.. heh.

I have noticed that if you box without EQW, there is no cursor issue. However when I have the game windowed in this mode, its hard to see because the game is too dark. Increasing the gamma in the options menu doesn't help this issue... would anyone know another way to make the game brighter when in windowed mode not using EQW?
 
If you want to work this way, you could always use the controls on your monitor, or use the controls in your video card's settings (varies by manufacturer how to do this).
