This encounter should probably be looked at. Although it is a much more difficult clear to Tarlisha, the encounter itself much easier to control than Jontran's, and the loot we saw was basically useless. Basing off the fact that this should be the boss of Catacombs, the encounter should probably be made a little more difficult, and the loot save Boots of Wonderous Motion should be upgraded a bit, since currently it is basically useless. For example, Ring of Damnation or Ageless Bracer of Protection are far more useful to a group targetting Jontran when compared with Tarlisha's caster Prim/Sec/Ranger item or Breastplate (its AC and Damage Reduction are definately nice, but the absence of any HP makes it unwearable to most of the classes on it.)

So in short, it is currently a disappointing boss fight, both in terms of difficulty and reward.
 
On a positive note she did drop 2 loots. My cleric can now shadowstep which means I own jose in pvp. More hp and mana plz.
 
I disagree. I can only see one item out of her drops that may need to be changed, and that's the bp. Even then it has its uses as a massive magic resist item.

Edit: That said, Jontran has some items that are a bit out of whack on the other end of the spectrum too.
 
She also has the chance to drop relics.. which is a pretty huge boon for most people that want her loot.
