Do these drop from either Dragons or Giants? With new changes, giant and dragon items can be handed in to the leader of the opposing faction (if you are ally) to upgrade the item, and make it faction-dependent (ie it will turn to dust if your faction drops below amiable). The upgraded items have the same name as the original, just different stats and the faction flag.
 
Not sure if the faction differences can be picked up by Wanelo.... There are a few things that haven't been implemented yet in it, such as augments. Given that the new faction-bound stat is very new, I doubt it's been coded in.
 
Wanelo picks up new items in the DB just fine. The two items are just faction-bound/not faction bound. Same name, different db entry.

Augments are different -- that's coming with Foma's new character profiler.
 
Oh, I didn't mean that because the items were new, they were not properly picked up... What is new is the faction-bound attribute, and that's what I doubt the Wanelo would pick up (because it was introduced after the latest version of Wanelo was released, to my knowledge at least).
 
I believe what is being said is that there isn't really a 'faction-bound' attribute. It's a totally different item, hence Wanelo picks it up just fine... at least, that's how I'm reading it.
 
Yeah, the faction bound and non faction bound are different items.
