Amulet of the Cult Voice

I wanted to make a suggestion about adding shadowknights to this quest. Since shadowknights have the same faith and principles i believe that they too should be allowed to poison the halflings and whatnot. Since the necromancers and shadowknights are both forced into the sewers why shouldnt a shadowknight be able to have a portal into relative safety rather than struggling to become ally with a faction they does not accept their faith. Shouldnt we be against the newport guards rather than trying to make them like us? Im am sorry if this has been asked before but I just believe that both classes should be able to port to their haven and work with the factions that are more in line with what they are.

Shadowknights don't have the same principals as necromancers, we're more about deception and careful manipulation than outright violence and murdering rampages.
 
Would you have been as willing to do this quest a few weeks ago before the gate was added to it? Necros doing these "noobie quests" usually become kos to newport and with the bounty hunter seeing through invis and summoning really sucked racing from the portal to the sewer ent at the bridge not to mention missing out on the exp from quests like the ones in NBL.
 
and you think i dont know about this? i had to go through a whole lot of trouble to finally be not kos to the guards, im an evil race and an evil class, they dont like me. im very glad they finally put in a neck for this and im confused as to why it is necro only

Let me get this out of the way first. I'm not opposed to Shadowknights getting a port neck for the Newport Sewers. I don't agree with encyrptedshd's reasoning for them getting the Amulet of the Cult Voice, and I feel if Shadowknights get a port neck for the Sewers, it should be a different one.

The Cult of Entropy and the Shadowknights in the sewers may share some spells, but their principles and religion are different. For one, the Cultists worship Gradalsh. Shadowknights begin following Marlow. Also, though both evil gods, Marlow and Gradalsh are of opposing alignments in atleast one way. Gradalsh is Chaotic; Marlow is Lawful. From a roleplaying perspective, there's no reason Shadowknights should get the Amulet of the Cult Voice. Heck, I'd go so far as to make swearing to Gradalsh a requisite for getting the amulet (or possible an upgrade to it) since the cult worships him. I don't see the point in a cult letting someone become a high ranking member of it when the person doesn't share the cult's religion or ideals.
 
The alliance between Gradalsh and Marlow is a pretty uneasy one, and in general, the quests only make sense for a Necromancer to do. Once Shadowknights get their own quest line they will have a port too.
