Amendment 64

Obama ended up being harsher on marijuana than Bush, we'll see if he has the DEA alter it's stance at all. Maybe if he gets to replace a conservative on the Supreme Court we'd see a change in federal law but that's up in the air.

The Colorado plan will generate a ton of money for the state though so hopefully it'll convince some more states to go for it.

With any luck it will begin a trend to pass it thru more states. Should really be no need for federal regulations on Marijuana, let it be decided state by state. Then if you feel strongly enough one way or the other you know where to pack up and move.

A week prior to this Amendment passing Peyton Manning purchased 21 Papa John's franchises in Colorado.. coincidence or best investment ever?!

A wiser investment would have been Little Caesars. Their disgusting 5 dollar pizza-shaped food is probably way more affordable for Colorado's legal stoners.

You're forgetting the economy...buy stock in Ramen Noodles!

Also I'm predicting it now, the Federal Government's attempt to countermand state laws on legalization of recreational marijuanna use will lead to secession and civil war.
