Adventureing Bands.. and Summoning stone need Help.

So....

- The Adventurer's Stone can be used to summon all online members of a band to the leader, once every 24 (real) hours, if the leader is in a zone where binding is permitted (ie not a dungeon or raid zone). This will dispel any active buffs (not debuffs) on said members, even if those buffs are soulbonded.

I made a Adventure Band... where do I get this stone??? Is it suppose to magicaly appear... is there a NPC.. .a /cm command??? Help
