Advanced Focus Effect Request

Could the advanced focus effects that deal with how much damage certain spells do based off of their type (Focused of Fire, Focus of Frost, Arcane Channeling,Venomous Channeling, Relentless Arcana, Jayla's Impact, etc etc) please be changed so that they also effect DoT's? Currently they are only affecting direct damage spells, leaving them nearly useless for necromancers.

Do they affect all nukes or do they not affect Bane flagged spells?

I'm pretty sure Cranial Pulse affects undead nukes.

It sure does seem silly to give all newbie necros a starfall2.0 reward a focus that doesn't work on DoTs.
