I know this is not the right section, but maybe someone will see it. The link to dl the map pack is dead.
 
So this means our wonderful new patcher will automatically add maps to the map folder if a new one should arise?
 
Someone still has to add the maps to the patchset, but you no longer have to manually get the map pack again. Once it's added, everyone gets it.
 
speaking of the new patcher.

Whenever I run it and tell it to launch EQw after patching it just patches and then closes and doesnt auto open EQw.

Opening it manually works fine.

Idk might just be just me.

Not really a huge issue, or even remotely an issue at all.

Is eqw.exe still located in an "eqw" folder in the same folder as the patcher itself? (e.g. if sodpatcher.exe is in c:\*********\sodpatcher, then eqw.exe should be in c:\*********\sodpatcher\eqw)
 
does this mean we can no longer keep our own map alterations? I put a lot of work into changing the colors on all my maps so that i can actually read my maps :/
 
Yeah, I noticed the Kelethin map labels. They look really nice (and cramped) next to the custom labels I had created months ago. /sigh
