I used to play a different game (a really bad one) years ago that used a + crit damage mod, separate from + crit % chance. Maybe something like this could be considered, such as:

Class: WAR PAL RNG SHD BRD ROG
Race: ALL
If a normal hit is up to 100%, and a normal crit is up to 200%, and a cleansing blow from a pally is up to 300%, then with this weapon a normal crit would be up to 205%, and a cleansing blow would be up to 305%
I'm not totally sure that crits and cleansing blows and that base potential, it was just a guess.
I'm also not sure that such a specific increase to overall crit damage potential is possible, maybe all you can really do it double or triple, etc, idk.
