Add small random to x, y in monster summon mechanism

So we all know it, the monster summons the whole raid, and every on is just cluster fucked (pardon my French...).

A small random to x and y, perhaps always in front of the mob, I think would be cool.

Perhaps there are to many times where you could fall thrue the world, not sure how hard is it to test for that and do a new random...
Perhaps just add a bit of z at random, positive ofcourse, if that could reduce the clustering.
 
Fighting Umbra last night was the worst. 1 dude gets rooted on summon, 5 dudes are now boxed in and can't move... so gross
