Accounts

Hi Guys, sorry if this is not in the correct place.

Is there any rule against somebody giving an account to someone else?

I am looking to try and get a high level account but i can see that buying one is against the rules however couldn't see anything about somebody giving it away.

Also is it against the rules to trade one account for another?

If anyone does feel like getting a bit of free exp (preferably a good char so i can kill stuff with alongside my Mage), please feel free to send me a message

Reading all the rules isn't that difficult.

I suggest against it, the account will ALWAYS belong to them no matter what conversations or arrangements you've made. They can always just come back, get the password back and change it and you have NO recourse. Just a fair warning

Either you, or a GM disabled your PMs

You are welcome to use my paladin (Grupo) if you would like. A number of other people on the server play him some, so you wouldn't have exclusive access (unless you play lots and lots, then we could arrange a password change). Like Kibeth said, you can never really be given an account here, so I could always change the password if I wanted, but lots of players are content with just trusting eachother. I personally spend enough time maintaining the #1 wizard on the server that I don't have much time for the paladin.

/tell solosolki in game sometime

OR just ask in OOC, i have whored out that paladin so much, there is probably a random person that will give it to you

Your account is your account and will always be your account and can never be anyone else's account. Your account will never belong to anyone else, ever, period. No account ownership transfer. At all. Forget your probate lawyer.

You are permitted to give *ACCESS TO* your account away *FREELY ONLY*. Examples include situations where friends give each other their Account Name and Password so that they can make use of each other's accounts. Account ownership at no point changes hands, and if people try to circumvent that and are caught, the accounts are banned. Other examples are as above, where Solosolki offers people the Account Name and Password to his paladin Grupo rather readily in hopes that they'll get Grupo experience points while he sleeps or something.

Yes. See above.
