Accounts access problem

I played awhile back when it was still called winters Roar and i have come back. Was all the accounts from back then transfered over to this or were they deleted coz i cant seem to access my account. i dont know the POA email because they didnt have any of that back then.

this is my original account name i didnt have to re-register it at all. is there an email i can send my info to and get my Password or something like that

What if I am the original owner of my account but have since lost use of the email registered to my account?

If you are the original owner of the account and have a defunct or non existent primary email you may apply to have the secondary email of your account changed to an email owned by yourself. To do this send an email to [email protected] including all relevant information including references, original emails, IPs, character history or anything else that will allow us to verify you are the original creator of the account.

Note: We *never* change primary emails on accounts and those without access to their registered email can only change their secondary email to themselves. Any use of this to "sell" or "give away" characters will end up with a sudden inability to log in.
