Account to Account character transfer

I have just upped myself to Platinum donator status, and was very excited to get my Shaman transferred off my Rogue's account. I had read Wiz's post in the Policy Plaza about where to send your email to, how it should be set up, and all that. The problem I encounter is...the last three hours I have been trying to send the email in every 20-30 minutes or so, and I keep getting a rejection saying it is being Bounced.

There any other way around this?
 
Are you positive you typed the email correctly? If it does not have the exact perfect subject line, it will be rejected. Also, there is the slight chance the email your sending it to is full.

I'm told the email box is no longer full as of today. Feel free to repost your requests if it bounced.
