Account(s) disappearing?

Ok so yesterday both of my accounts were working as I was duo-boxing my Druid and Rogue.. And now this morning I kept getting bad user/pass errors. I fixed that, and I know because I repatch'ed all several times, manually changed my eqhost.txt.. So I decided to go to the 'Change Password' link on http://www.ShardsofDalaya.com and it says that the account name I'm entering isn't an account.. any longer.. or something? I'm allowed to dual box correct?

I just played form ~6:45 til 7:30 and logged out.
Now it is ginving me the same error message.

Same problem here. Worked at 1am last night. This morning can not log into either account. I noticed there was a patch also.
 
Same here on a newly created account last night - I couldn't access my other account, so started a new one .. now I have 2 I cant get to.
 
Yeah I am having the same problem. I also tried to make a new account and it did not work either.
 
Okay, it's not jusst me then.  Me and my wife are getting this on all our accounts too. Also, just to test, attempted to create a new account. Received this error message...

SUCCESS

Checking game server account name for duplicate...SUCCESS

Don't know if that is useful or not, but thought I would post that as well.

Is that because there's information in IRC, or because you can't get to it? I've never been there, and I can't bring up the page...or is that the point?
 
my accounts are telling me the same info. tried changing pw and said the account does not exist.

Tacador/Tacader/Tacadur(these are char names not accounts)
 
Were you able to connect to it Charqal? I keep getting a message that says "Unable to connect : java.net.SocketException : Software caused connection abort: connect " I don't know anything about IRC. Never used it before.
 
i'm having the same problem. i was playing last night until 11 (est), but this morning i get the bad username/password. i checked fomelo and my character still does exist (i dont know if that actually means anything). any input would be great, thanks.
 
For those of you unable to access IRC, the server status is down aka "broken". They are working on it. No ETA.
