Account Ownership Discussion

If I am not mistaken, I believe past characters that had been leveled/AA'd/geared substantially by someone else then that other person would have more right to the character. This was probably under a previous rule though.

The best you can do probably is try to get your gear back and if that fails proceed to ruin that characters reputation so that no decent guild will accept him for stealing items you earned.

I can bet Bran's comment wasn't to be taken seriously. I think he gave all of his toons when he left, so he got to level a brand new army to 65... ;)
 
As far as I know, whoever has the registration email can claim complete ownership of the account. There is really no headache involved. Is there not an automated process to reset password and have it sent to the reg. email?

I actually can not even remember my own registration email

is there anyway to check this? cause im so with you on this one.
