I have 2 accounts that I used to use on SoD. I haven't played in a year or so. I logged back in to one of my accounts and could not get into the game. So I tried the other one and didn't have a problem. Is there any reason why one of my accounts works but the other does not?

Did you use the right account and password?
you can verify your account info by going to http://www.shardsofdalaya.com/acctmanage/index.php (or clicking on account management off the home page), and selecting List Accounts. You can use it to reset your password if you've forgotten it as well.
These things do require you used a valid email address when you set up the accounts though.
