Account Forgotten (Posted Twice Sorry)

Hello,

I haven't played in almost a year and I really do miss it after seeing some of the changes made in that time. Unfortunately it looks like my account is no longer active, if I remember it correctly  :(. I read the thread about password retrieval and sent an email explaining my situation and other info to [email protected]. That was a couple days ago and I understand that Wiz only gets a chance to look at them on Mon, Weds and Fri. I haven't heard anything back and just wanted to make sure I provided enough information to start playing again.

all you have do is email them - 1) account name  2) this is my email the account is tied to (email)  3) i would like my password to be (xxxxxxx)

it took my account a couple of days to get back up
 
It's now been over a week since I sent an email explaining my situation and other info relating to my account to [email protected] and still have not heard or received anything. I understand that the holidays might have slowed things down abit. Should I continue to wait or resend another email explaining my situation? I really would like to start playing again but do not want to start over. Please advise.

I'll look into old e-mails now and re-do the requests.
There are a few people responsible for these mails so there is a chance for things to get mixed up, etc.
