aa troubles

im not able to train in any aa except general.ive tried zoning refreshing and camping out.my char are all well above all requirements.both have trained in over 6 general abilities and are 61 lvl and 63 lvl.what could be the problem here?

What are those characters names?

Well, you don't have any unspent aa's in either character.

You have 8 aa's on Uklie. All spent.

You have 7 aa's on Akleo. All spent.

What exactly is the problem?
 
i only spent them in general because it wouldnt allow me to train in archetype whatsoever,which is reallty the type im interested in training in.the problem is the train button is greyed out in my archetype tabs,not allowing me to progress past general
 
you have to have enough unspent points to buy the lowest remaining rank of the selected ability for the button to not be greyed out.
most aas past general require two or more unspent points for even the first rank

And, you have to have 6 AAs spent in general abilities before you can start spending AAs in archetype ones.

Did you have 2 unspent when you tried to buy something in archetype on unklie?

For Akleo there's no way you could have had enough to spend anything in archetype. 6 spent in general would only leave 1 for archetype, which as others have pointed out, isn't enough to buy anything in there.
