Now I suppose this could also be done for casters, though the faster casting times are a little bit different to play around with, since its a few seconds cast time for a large hit of damage. I suppose it could be as such.

Some may deem these as too powerful, others may really like these ideas. I had originally thought of these AAs while I was on live and way too poor to afford a decent haste item, so the idea of a "free haste" (that is if you don't count the AA points) was a very interesting sidebar to that.
It equaled the 41% haste cap most items had, besides monks of course, who are all about fast striking so I figured they should have an extra boost. Also for the casters 20% seems to be a pretty decent bump in speed, not to mention the wizard's extra 5%.
Also I'd suspect this would be its own haste category and thereby stackable with all other forms of haste IE item, spell, or bard versions. But I assume that would also take alot of reverse programming to add a new haste slot. So if its just too much work to add, I wouldn't expect you all to want to even try to tackle this, because you already have so much on your plates. Or even just using the Haste AAs in the item haste category instead of having to always worry about having a haste item.
I figured I'd just throw it out there as a neat little addition. If it is doable cool and good luck with it =).
