AA abilities and line of sight

Hi I was wondering if it's intentional that AA skills such as Divine Stun can be cast with no line of sight?

It seems to leave the door open for exploitative pulling, or is it even considered exploitative? (finding melwins advisor down the other day with melwin still up annoyed me..)

I just got greased in RSM and can attest that the new los check stops you from casting pbae stun with a non-los mob targeted, updates a bit more slowly than normal los (so if you scuttle around a corner like a greased enchanter to root or stun a mob and then run back so it has to stop punching your face, it fails) you have to wait a moment before the new layer of "i don't see..." updates. It's also less precise, and prevents you from casting spells when you're in normal los but just barely so. I imagine the second two problems wouldn't be very noticable outside of zones like sun mines, but just figured I'd throw them out there.

I love the change, but could it be made to only effect those AAs and skills that didn't already have normal los system?

You do know that you can invis past melwin... right? I've killed the advisor without killing melwin before and I don't have Divine Stun...

This from the guy who skipped the entirety of catacombs for months upon months to farm Ancient Tarlisha. I'm guess you were just testing it continuously for exploits?
