A window covering the "name box" in character crea

as you can see there is a box covering where i would normally put my name in. i've got no idea how to fix this.. does anyone know?

This is why you read the installation guide that tells you to download the CharCreate UI File. Geez.

Yes, I have already downloaded that file and installed it correctly. Infact, i've made two characters already, deleted them, and wanted to make a new one. Now this problem has started and will not let me complete the character creation process.

However I just tried reinstalling it and that fixed it. Thank you for your help, even if it was a bit mean...

Loading another UI sometimes messes it up.

Try changing UIs. Go to eqclient.ini in the EQ directory and find the entry "UISkin=default". Change "default" to the name of another folder in your uifiles directory (inside the EQ directory) that contains a new UI. You can find UIs at http://www.eqinterface.com or in the "Downloads" section of the WR main site.
