A new patcher problem

I dl, and unzip the SoD patcher, but I get this message when I click on the .exe:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

I am clicking the sodpatcher.exe, so that's not he problem. What's the deal?

In internet Explorer click tools updates and then select the custom option..

Best idea is to install all the windows optionals and the critical/security updates.

That way yer all good to go.

The simple way to see if you have it installed:

Click START
Settings
Control Panel
Double click Add and Remove Programs
Then look for Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 and Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB886903)
